Order Policy

For same day processing, orders should be placed by 11:00AM (PST) Orders placed after 11:00AM will be processed the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 11:00AM (PST) will be processed on Monday (or next business day). Some items such as custom-size HDD DVR system may not be available for shipping for same day due to time for installation and testing.

Please provide accurate billing and shipping information along with phone number and e-mail address in order to properly expedite your order and to notify you in case there is a problem. Please check that the Billing and Shipping address is correct before finalizing your order to avoid delays!

We are working hard in providing great value, convenience and an excellent online shopping experience for our customers.

Calculated shipping charge is based on your closest branch location and valid for online order only. Please note that due to stock availability for each branch, 1) actual shipping charge on phone order may change from what our web site showed to you 2) online orders may take 2 or 5 business days to ship 3) Some items in your order may deliver with one or more separate shipments on different date. Please consult with our sales rep for the details.

If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us immediately. Request to cancel your order must be made within 12 hours of the time the order was placed. Otherwise a cancellation fee of $30.00 or 30% (whichever is greater) will be charged. A cancellation fee will also be charged if your order is returned to us because of incorrect address provided or is refused upon delivery.

*Standard Cancellation Policy does not Apply to "Express" Shipping Orders.
Changes or cancellation must made by the following business day of placing your order before 10:00AM (PST). Changes or cancellation made after 10AM (PST) will be charged $30.00 per item.

We will not accept any returns without the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. (YOU MUST CONTACT US Before you return items. Please read our Return Policy page.)

We accept the following credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express via Google Checkout. Your Credit Card Charge will appear as CNBDealer.com.

All sales are final on Clearance Items! (NON-RETURNABLE)

** Customer is responsible for all destination problems and costs (i.e. incorrect shipping address, absence of the recipient, duty for international customer, etc.).
